Guardian TradeBot Relaunch

Since the Drift Protocol incident on 1 April 2026, Guardian TradeBot has been offline while I reviewed, refined and rebuilt parts of the system.

Although the interruption wasn’t planned, it gave me something valuable: time. Instead of focusing on day-to-day trading activity, I was able to focus on the underlying systems, analysis tools and execution process. During that period I made significant improvements to both the trading system and the way performance is measured and analysed.

One of the biggest changes is that the analysis is now much more closely aligned with real-world trading results, using actual entries and exits rather than relying solely on assumptions. Combined with the other improvements made over the past two months, I believe the system is in a much stronger position than it was before the shutdown.

Today marks the official relaunch of live tracking.

The previous version of the system achieved an average return of 1.2% per week over an extended live trading period of 5 and half months. Given the improvements that have been made since then, my expectation is that the system can outperform those results over time. Whether that proves to be the case will be determined by live performance, and that is exactly what the relaunch is intended to measure.

As always, the focus remains on collecting data, refining the process and allowing long-term results to speak for themselves.
