If there is a fault with one of our products within the first 12 months (or longer if stated) after purchase. We will offer a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your refund provided your return was as you described.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Illuminatek LTD, 62 Milton Road Wolverhampton. WV10 0ND.

If you have changed your mind about the purchase and wish return the product. It must be in the same condition it was received and you have 30 days from the initial sale to do so and you are responsible for the return cost and you will fully refunded minus the initial postage charge.
